Terms and Conditions for Advertising Subscriptions and Special Promotions


1. Introduction

Welcome to South Florida Soccer Clubs. By subscribing to our advertising services, including banner placements, search area listings, or purchasing limited-time promotional packages (such as seasonal or holiday specials), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.



2. Advertising Options

We offer two main types of advertising services:

2.1. Subscription Advertising


  • Banner Advertising: Your banner ad will be placed on designated sections of our website.
  • Search Area Listing: Your club or soccer-related service will appear in our searchable database.


For subscription advertising, you may choose between:


  • Annual Subscription: A one-time payment for a full year (12 months or 6 months) of uninterrupted service.
  • Monthly Subscription: Monthly payments (with automatic renewal unless canceled).


2.2. Limited-Time Special Promotions

From time to time, we may offer limited-time promotional advertising packages (for example: Thanksgiving specials, Winter Camps promotions, Black Friday/Cyber specials, or similar campaigns).


  • These promotions are one-time payments.
  • Each promotion clearly states its start and end dates and/or the duration of the campaign.
  • These promotions do not automatically renew at the end of the promotional period.



3. Payment and Renewal


3.1. Subscription Advertising (Monthly or Annual)


  • If you choose the one-time annual subscription payment, your listing or banner will remain active for the full 12-month or 6 month period without further payments.
  • If you choose monthly subscription payments, you will be charged automatically each month until you cancel your subscription.
  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.


3.2. Limited-Time Special Promotions


  • Special promotions require a single upfront payment for the full promotional period as described in the offer.
  • The promotion will run only for the length advertised in the specific promotion and will then automatically end.
  • Special promotions are not subscriptions and will not renew automatically.
  • Fees for special promotions are non-refundable once payment is completed.



4. Cancellation and Refund Policy


4.1. Subscription Advertising


  • Annual Subscription:
    You may cancel at any time. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period. Your ad will remain active until the end of your 12-month or 6-month term.
  • Monthly Subscription:
    You may cancel at any time. Your advertisement will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will be removed.
    No partial refunds will be issued.


If you do not renew your subscription, your advertisement will automatically be removed from our website upon expiration.


4.2. Limited-Time Special Promotions


  • Because these campaigns are time-sensitive and scheduled, all payments for special promotions are final and non-refundable.
  • Once your order is placed and payment is processed, the promotion will run for the period described in the offer.
  • If you request cancellation before the campaign start date, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit toward future advertising, but no cash refunds will be issued.



5. Advertising Content and Guidelines


Advertisers must ensure all content is accurate, legal, and does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any advertisement that we determine to be misleading, offensive, or inappropriate.

Ad placement and visibility may vary depending on website traffic, availability, and demand.



6. Changes to Terms


We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active subscribers and/or promotional clients.
